1-If event has been cancelled within 30 days, all payment will be forfeited.
2-If event has been cancelled over 30 days just the booking deposit will be forfeited, and any extra payment will be transferred to the hirer.
3- If the hirer would like to change the booking date within 30 days deposit will be forfeited.
4-If the hirer would like to change the booking date over 30 days, there is no any extra fees(Booking fee is 50% of the total cost)
